How much does it cost me?+
Nothing. Our service is completely free for homeowners. We are paid by our partner companies for the introduction, which is why we can afford to be selective about who we work with.
How do you choose your partners?+
Every partner is checked for insurance, relevant accreditations, trading history, verified reviews and completed local work. We meet them, and we review them regularly based on how our customers are treated.
What areas do you cover?+
Hereford city and the whole of Herefordshire, including Leominster, Ross-on-Wye, Ledbury, Bromyard, Kington and the surrounding villages.
Who will contact me?+
Hereford Trades first, to confirm the details. Then the specialist partner we've matched you with. Nobody else.
Someone knocked at my door claiming to be from Hereford Trades. How do I check?+
Every representative carries a photo ID card with a unique reference. You can check that reference instantly on our verification page, or call us. If the reference doesn't check out, do not engage with them.
What happens to my data?+
Your enquiry is stored securely and shared only with the single partner matched to your job, so they can contact you about that work. We never sell data or pass it to third parties for marketing.
Can I ask you to step in if something goes wrong?+
Yes. That is the point of what we do. We remain available throughout and will speak to the partner directly on your behalf if a job isn't going as it should.
