What we collect
Your name, contact details, postcode, the service you need, your timescale, homeowner status and any description or photos you choose to provide. We also record how you came to us (for example website, WhatsApp or a local representative).
Why we collect it
To understand your requirement, to contact you about it, and to introduce you to one suitable vetted partner. That is the sole purpose.
Who we share it with
One partner company matched to your enquiry, so they can contact you about that specific work. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with lead marketplaces, and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
Lawful basis
We rely on your consent, given at the point of enquiry, and on legitimate interests in operating the introduction service you asked us to provide.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months so we can support you if issues arise after the work, and for our own quality records. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we'll action it promptly.
Security
Data is stored in a secured, access-controlled database. Only Hereford Trades staff can view enquiry records.
Cookies
We use only what's necessary to run the website. We do not use advertising trackers.
