Our role
Hereford Trades is an introduction service. We do not carry out installation or building work ourselves, and we are not a party to any contract you enter into with a partner company.
Cost to homeowners
Our service is free to homeowners. We may receive a fee from a partner company for the introduction. This never increases the price you are quoted.
Partner vetting
We check insurance, accreditations, trading history and reviews before adding a partner, and review them on an ongoing basis. Vetting is thorough but does not constitute a guarantee of the work carried out.
Your contract
Any quotation, contract, warranty or guarantee for the work is between you and the partner company. You should always read it before signing.
If something goes wrong
Tell us. We will speak to the partner on your behalf and use our influence to get it resolved, and we will remove partners who do not meet our standards.
Accuracy of information
You agree the details you provide in an enquiry are accurate and that you are entitled to instruct work at the property, or are enquiring with the permission of someone who is.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies.
